Scott Manning

Scott got his start with Prevailance in June 2022 as the Program Manager establishing the Commander Naval Surface Forces Atlantic Force (CNSL) Generation Support contract, as well as the Deputy Growth Officer and assumed that role full time in October 2022.

Scott served in the U. S. Navy for 30 years as a Surface Warfare Officer in both the active and reserve components and has served in numerous commands to include ship tours, Destroyer Squadron, Carrier Strike Groups, CNSL, Tactical Training Group Atlantic, COMSECONDFLT, Joint Staff and had the privilege to command two Navy Reserve Units supporting the Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) and NATO Allied Command Transformation.

In his defense contracting career, Scott has provided subject matter expertise in training requirements, Ballistic Missile Defense, ship maintenance requirements, experimentation, and wargaming. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from the U. S. Naval Academy and his master’s degrees from Old Dominion University and U.S. Naval War College. He is also a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College.
