Dave Macias

A 30 plus year veteran, Dave served in the United States Navy as an Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP) and Physical Security Specialist, and a Law Enforcement Officer specializing in K-9 handling, training, and evaluation. Upon his selection as a commissioned Navy Limited Duty Officer in the U.S. Navy Security community, Dave served on various afloat, ashore, and expeditionary commands, including major staff assignments. Dave joined Team Prevailance, Inc. in 2019 supporting the ATFP team as a consultant and Team Lead position.

In 2022, Dave was selected as Program Manager for the Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) team where he oversees and coordinates task order administrative and strategic requirements supporting the Center for Security Forces at two off-site locations. Dave earned his undergraduate BA degree in Homeland Security through American Military University.

Dave is married to his wife, Liz, and together have two children and a grandchild.
