Mike Bates

Mike served in the United States Navy for 33 years as a Damage Controlman and Command Master Chief. His Sea tours included at least one of each Surface platform the Navy had, 13 ships total, Shore July 2021 supporting Farrier Fire Fighting Repair Party Leader course effort as Team Lead. In February 2022, Mike was named Assistant Program Manager for the ECIS contract. In December 2022, Mike was appointed as the Program Manager for the HSTC/CIED contract.

Mike is married to his wife, Natalie and together they have three children and three grandchildren.
