Greg Smith

Greg is a veteran of the United States Navy, having served as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) on various platforms while deployed in 5th, 6th and 7th areas of operation. While ashore he served as an instructor of international students at the Surface Warfare Officer’s School and the Surface Warfare and Expeditionary Warfare instructor and mentor at Tactical Training Group Atlantic. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree and an unlimited tonnage Third Mates license from the State University of New York Maritime College and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Greg joined the Prevailance team in 2022 where he applies his expertise in complex problem solving and process development as the Senior Operations Analyst for the Coalition Interoperability Division of the Joint Staff J6. Later that same year, Greg was appointed to Program Manager for the Joint Staff J6 contract.
