Melissa Hayes

Melissa joined the Prevailance in 2022 on the CNSP Surface Warfare Enterprises contract and was named Program Manager in 2023. Melissa is a veteran of the United States Navy, having served as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) for 7 years, serving on both the USS McFaul and Destroyer Squadron 28. During her service, she had the opportunity to deploy to both the 5th and 6th fleet areas of operation.

While ashore, she served as an instructor at the Basic Division Officer School training new Surface Warfare Officers. Melissa has a Bachelors degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters from California State University, Sacramento both in criminal justice.

Melissa is married to her husband, Brett.
