Frank Luster

Frank served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 21 years as an Artillery/Fire Support Officer. He participated in several campaigns including Operation Just Cause – Panama, Operation Desert Storm – Kuwait, and Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan.

As a civilian, he deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve – Iraq/Syria. Throughout his career, he was assigned to a wide variety of commands to include Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, Marine Corps Forces Command, U.S. Army 75th Ranger Regiment, Joint Special Operations Command, Joint Forces Staff College, Joint Staff J-7 Suffolk, and Navy Expeditionary Combat Command.

Recently, Frank has worked as a Program Manager and Capture Manager with several small businesses in the Hampton Roads area, and as an Entrepreneur in the Real Estate Industry. Frank joined the Prevailance team in June 2023 as the Assistant Growth Officer.

Frank earned a MS degree in Program Management from Brandeis University and completed his undergraduate degree in History at the University of South Carolina.
