Eli Buckler

Eli joined Prevailance in July 2022 as Recruiting Specialist. Prior to joining the company, Eli served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy Reserves as a Cryptologic Technician. While on active duty, he deployed to the Indian Ocean with USS Oscar Austin (DDG 79) and while in the Reserves he supported the intelligence community at National Security Agency (NSA) in Maryland.

As Recruiting Specialist, Eli collaborates with the Operations team and Hiring Managers to ensure the Company maintains a pipeline of unsurpassed talent to continue providing quality service to our customers. Eli supports the continued growth of the Company by both active and passive recruiting while using robust recruiting strategies. Eli resides in Norfolk with his significant other and their two cats.
