Bill Witt

Bill served 24 years in the United States Navy retiring in 2017 as a Master Chief Petty Officer. His experience carried across a wide range of both sea and shore commands. After his certification as a Fleet Diesel Engine Inspector, his service continued throughout a wide array of fleet assessment, repair, and major staff commands both CONUS and FDNF.

Bill joined Prevailance, Inc. in 2020 supporting the GCIS contract as the Senior Program Instructor for the Diesel Engine Inspector course. In May 2022, Bill was named Program Manager of the ECIS team where he manages numerous contracted instructor task orders in support of ECIS. Bill is married to his wife, Pamela, and together they have two children.
