Ashlee Robinette

Ashlee joined Prevailance in July 2015 as Office Receptionist. In 2016, Ashlee was appointed Human Resource Associate and Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO). Ashlee supports a variety of departments within the company; however, her areas of expertise include employee relations, HR compliance, policy and procedure development, benefits administration, personnel security, physical security, industrial security and security management, training, & awareness.

Ashlee earned her Associate in Professional in Human Resources Certification in November 2020 from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and currently is pursuing a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Ashlee is married to her husband, Seth, and together they have three children.
