On January 21, 2022, the Government awarded Team Prevailance with a five-year follow-on contract to support Engineering Contractor Instructional Services (ECIS) for Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC), the Naval Systems Command, Surface Training Systems (NAVSEA PMS 339) and Submarine Learning Center (SLC). The combined team consists of Prevailance. Inc., Valkyrie Enterprises, Inc., Cape Henry Associates, Inc., and Thor Solutions, LLC.
In reflecting on this achievement, Mark Scovill, Prevailance Chief Growth Officer, stated, “Our team really made a difference in how this service is delivered over the past three years, and we’re proud to build on that progress over the next five.”
In the latest version of this contract, we will be providing critical surface warfare training at the Submarine Learning Center in New London, Connecticut, as well as at the five legacy learning centers in Great Lakes, Newport, Norfolk, San Diego and Pearl Harbor.
