Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Cohort of 2024
We are thrilled to announce that Zach Mahoney and Greg Smith have been selected to join Prevailance’s prestigious Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Cohort of 2024! Their selection to the program is a testament to their outstanding performance, unwavering commitment to Prevailance, and incredible potential for future leadership roles.
Zach is our Program Manager and lead analyst for our COMNAVSURFLANT Force Generation contract. He also manages our Afloat Training Group Pacific training contract. Zach recently won Prevailance’s 2023 Leadership Award and has consistently supported Prevailance’s mission at an elevated level.
Greg is our Program Manager and lead analyst for our Joint Staff J6 C5 Capability Development contract. Greg’s performance on contract has garnered significant recognition from our customer. His exceptional support of numerous Prevailance’s initiatives is noteworthy.
