Prevailance’ s newly appointed Program Managers and Program Managers in waiting participated in numerous training sessions over the last couple months as part of the Prevailance PM Training Program. Primarily focusing on company expectations, Program Manager basics, and contract fundamentals, the ongoing mentorship culminated in the final training phase conducted at the PM Offsite. The new Program Managers and those in waiting were formally recognized at a graduation at the conclusion of the PM Training Program, held at the PM Offsite on March 29th.
