Prevailance’s newly appointed Program Managers participated in numerous training sessions over the last couple months as part of their training pipeline. Primarily focusing on company expectations, Program Manager basics, and contract fundamentals, the ongoing mentorship culminated in the final training phase conducted at the PM Offsite, which provided a great environment for team building. Pictured are newly graduated Program Managers Bill Witt, Dave Macias, Chuck Western, and Jeff Peters, along with CEO David Landess and COO Gan Prisinzano. The new Program Managers were recognized at a graduation at the conclusion of the offsite on April 26th.
