Prevailance leadership returned to North Carolina’s Outer Banks at the end of April for its annual Program Manager Offsite, which focused on introducing and reviewing processes, learning about the contract life cycle and discussing evolving strategic efforts. Each day concluded with an in-depth, hands-on training for the Program Managers on Unanet and Paylocity, conducted by the CFO, Corporate Controller and Human Resources. The Offsite included Company leadership and Program Managers for two days of work, team building, and camaraderie.
