Congratulations to Jay Deleon on his 10 Year Anniversary with Prevailance! Jay was an Instructor on our Survival, Escape, Resistance and Escape (SERE) contract supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) from 2011 to 2020. During his tenure Jay was a Field Survival Instructor and supported cold weather training in Kodiak, Alaska. From 2017 to 2020 he was the Logistics Supervisor for the entire training contract, responsible for outfitting 38 instructors for all phases of training. In 2020, Jay transitioned to Prevailance’ s Navy SERE contract, where he is now an Instructor supporting SERE training in Kittery, Maine. On his 10th anniversary we recognize his professionalism, unique expertise, and loyalty. We are extremely proud to have him on our team!
