Isaac Bostrom & Tom Sounier Work Anniversary

We would like to congratulate two of our SERE East team members, Isaac Bostrom (left) and Tom Sounier (right), on reaching their five-year Prevailance work anniversary.

Isaac is our Site Lead in Kittery, Maine, and is responsible for eighteen other contractors working on the SERE Program. He is fully qualified in the Field, Interrogation and Shift phases of training, and is qualified as an Out-of-role Supervisor for the Resistance phases. He is a mentor for ARL’s and a trainer for Interrogators. He is also a certified Wilderness First Responder, and is a member of the Maine Air National Guard in South Portland. Isaac’s exceptional mentorship and commitment has led to our continued success on the SERE contract.

Tom started with Prevailance at the Naval Special Warfare SERE school in San Diego, and moved to Kittery in 2018. He is a retired SWCC Senior Chief and is a qualified Academic and Field Instructor. Tom is currently one of our most qualified instructors across multiple roles, including as an Out-of-role Supervisor for the Shift training phase. He is also a certified Wilderness First Responder. Tom has demonstrated outstanding initiative and dedication to both the customer and company.

We greatly appreciate both Isaac’s and Tom’s noteworthy contributions to Prevailance and CENSECFOR SERE. We are proud to have them on our team!
