Prevailance COO, Gan Prisinzano is shown presenting Dave Macias the 2022 Cliff Acree Leadership Award at the Prevailance Christmas party held at New Realm Brewing Company on December 8, 2022. Our Leadership award is presented to “the Prevailance employee who best inspires other to embrace our values of Teamwork, Passion, Integrity, and Creativity.” Upon Dave’s assumption of Program Manager responsibilities, he immediately established strong professional relationships, and addressed Government equipment deficiencies, ensuring mitigating measures were in place while awaiting vendor procurement. Through strength of character and decisive action, Dave designated and empowered new onsite leadership! He reestablished trust with schoolhouse and contracting office principals through demonstrated commitment to open and transparent communications. Additionally, through frequent visits and intentional personal engagements, he has been able to reassure our workforces that they are highly valued members of our Prevailance family.
