We would like to congratulate Eric Cole on winning the 2021 Larry Slade Prevailance Award. Eric was recently hand-selected to stand up a new position, Instructor Under Training (IUT) Course Supervisor, and has made a mark in a notably short period of time. He has won the praise of the SERE West Schoolhouse, Center for Security Forces Headquarters, and the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency, which sets the standards for SERE instruction. Our customer has stated Eric’s “efforts have been instrumental in re-shaping the Command’s perception and mentality regarding the training of incoming instructors,” adding value far beyond what was expected. This dedication and initiative has earned him this recognition, and we are proud to have him on the Prevailance Team. Thank you, Eric!
