Yana Ginburg

Yana joined Prevailance in March 2026 as the Growth Team Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Before joining the company, Yana spent over two decades as a client facing analyst for Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force customers around the world. She has deployed with US forces during peacetime training and real-world operations supporting military experimentation, TTP development and concept development.

Yana works with the Growth team and Hiring Managers focusing on strategic workforce planning and business development efforts. Yana’s mission is managing the intersection of talent acquisition and new opportunities by identifying and hiring high caliber personnel to ensure Prevailance’s ability to deliver quality results to existing and future customers.

Yana is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. When not screening candidates, Yana can be found at her local rink coaching figure skating.
