About Rich Guregian
Retired Master-at-Arms Master Chief (MACM) with 20 years of distinguished Naval Service. A Michigan native (Go Blue!), Rich began his Navy career as a Master-at-Arms in 2001. His global assignments included shore duty at NAS Fallon (NV), NTTC Lackland (TX), ATG Norfolk (VA), NAF Misawa (Japan), Guantanamo Bay (Cuba), NSA Souda Bay (Greece), and MESG-2 (Bahrain). Afloat, he served aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) and USS Vella Gulf (CG-72).
Rich joined Prevailance in October 2023 as an Antiterrorism Assessments Analyst Subject Matter Expert. He later transitioned into his current role as an Antiterrorism Exercise Planner/Scheduler, supporting U.S. Fleet Forces in the annual planning and execution of CITADEL SHIELD/SOLID CURTAIN. In May 2025, he was appointed as NATO Program Manager.
Rich earned an A.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Coastline College and a B.A. degree in Emergency Management from American Military University. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College Senior Enlisted Academy. Happily married to his high school sweetheart, Karen, they have two beautiful daughters, Kendra and Sophia.
