Ralph Aguilar

Ralph served in the United States Marine Corps for over 21 years beginning his career in 2002. He served primarily as a tactical air defense controller within the II and IV Marine Aircraft Wing. In addition to his primary duties, he also completed tours as a recruiter, entrance processing liaison, and as a primary occupational schools instructor.

During his tenure in the Marines, Ralph completed training with Marine Divisions Tactics Course, participated in multiple joint training exercises, and deployed in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

After retiring from active duty in 2024, Ralph joined Prevailance as part of the Joint/Partner Training Team where he currently conducts his daily duties. As of August 2026, he assumed the role Program Manager for the Fleet Deployment Training Program Support subcontract. 

Originally from California, Ralph and his family have come to call Virginia Beach home since 2018.
