Darby Harville

LCDR Darby Harville began his naval career in March 1991 and received his commission through the Limited Duty Officer Program in 2007. During his time in Bahrain, he completed Special Forces Ranger training and earned his Special Forces Paratrooper designation alongside his Static and Freefall “Jump Wings.” 

Darby held key leadership roles across the fleet, including Officer in Charge with Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron Two during Operation Unified Response in Haiti. During the historic first inactivation and decommissioning of the nuclear-powered USS ENTERPRISE, he simultaneously fulfilled the duties of Operations Officer, Weapons Officer, and Security Officer.

He retired in October 2022 decorated with three Meritorious Service Medals and 6 Navy Commendation Medals, subsequently returning to EXWDC as an Assistant Program Manager for Prevailance, Inc and in addition, was designated to Program Manager for the Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation Capability Development Management Support contract in 2026.
