About Bill Dawson
William (Bill) served 23 years in the United States Navy retiring in 2015 as a Machinery Repairman Chief Petty Officer.
His experience carried across a wide range of both sea and shore commands.
With a robust background in machinery repair and damage control, his experience and service spans over two decades of fleet assessments, repair, and major staff commands.
Bill joined Prevailance, Inc. in 2019 supporting the GCIS contract as the Site Manager and a Contract Instructor for the High Risk Damage Control courses in San Diego CA. In June 2024, Bill was named Program Manager of the ECIS team where he manages numerous contracted instructor task orders in support of ECIS. Bill is single and has four children.
