Anthony Ellis

Anthony served 34 years in the Unites States Navy retiring as an Information Professional Officer Commander. He served on a variety of sea tours, including 3 Aircraft Carriers, Cruisers, Destroyers, overseas tours in London England, Stavanger Norway, Catania Sicily, Naples Italy and 2 IAs. Other duties include Assistant Chief of Staff, (ACOS) (N6) for Strike Group 10, Operations Officer Naples Italy, and Communications Head in Stavanger Norway. Among his stateside shore tours, he served as a Deputy N6 at Navy Network Warfare Command and ULTRA Discipline Lead for COMNAVIFOR DoDIN commands and NC3 SME. He earned a BS in Criminal Justice and, a MS in Information Systems Technology / Project Management.

Anthony joined Prevailance, Inc. in July 2025 as a Project Manager for Navy Warfare Training Systems, where he leads the development, management and execution of architectural roadmaps, review and validate OPLANS, CONPLANS, and DoD Directives. His team utilizes Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) systems to include both Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).  Also validate mission analysis to analyze commands Naval Mission Essential Task List (NMETL) determining essential tasks and perform Unit Level Training and Assist for all Information Warfare shore commands.

Anthony is married to his high school sweetheart Cher, and they have a set of twin boys and twin girls.
