In 2013, Prevailance was privileged to present a symposium in Bucharest, Romania. Representing our commitment to innovation and leadership, our team contributed to discussions on how individuals, organizations, and nations can effectively lead change and foster growth through innovation. Featured presentations by Larry Slade, Vanessa Christie, and Ioana Quiter explored key themes such as cultivating innovative environments, overcoming barriers to change, the role of women in military service, leadership lessons drawn from a POW’s experience, and approaches to driving sustainable change. This was Prevailance’s first international effort outside of Department of Defense work!
