Through the DoD SkillBridge Program, we welcome Mr. Rusty Williamson – a transitioning U.S. Navy service member – into a data analytics internship with an executive leadership component.
As part of this opportunity, Rusty is refining the framework and operating guidelines for our Data Integration Group (DIG) – a core capability that transforms raw data into operational insight. DIG standardizes how we collect, analyze, and visualize data to support readiness assessments, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making across all lines of effort.
In parallel, Rusty is participating in executive leadership development, gaining exposure to key areas of corporate operations – including finance, human resources, business development, and program management. This integrated experience equips him with both technical and leadership skills to drive impact in the defense sector and beyond.
